Iraq | Head of the Sunni Endowmen: The nation will remain fine as long as Jerusalem remains fine

Head of the Sunni Endowment of Iraq Sheikh Abd al-Latif al-Humaym warned of the sanctity of normalization with the Zionist enemy, adding that the nation will remain fine, as long as Jerusalem remains fine.

In his statement marking Al-Quds International Day, al-Humaym pointed out that Arab regimes, or some humiliating ones, have tried and condemned those who call today for resistance against the occupation, adding that treachery has become a legitimate national act that no one can object to.

He hailed Al-Quds International Day as a historical day that does not resemble any other day, adding that no one is entitled to act in a historic ownership.

"No one shall think that the road to its [Jerusalem] liberation is closed, no matter how long it takes.. All the fine blood shedding on its soil is a stronger referendum on the survival of the Arab and Islamic identity," al-Humaym added.

He went on to say "Jerusalem will not return to us with righteous prayers, Jerusalem will not return without a fight even if everyone is disowned it, and let this deformed Zionist entity know that the Holy Al-Quds is not a memory of the past."

Al-Humaym continued "Sadly, Arab regimes, or some humiliating ones, have tried and condemned those who today call for resistance against the occupation.. Treachery has become a legitimate national act that no one can object to."

He further noted that standards and concepts are reversed, so those who fight against the Zionist entity became terrorists and resistance became a crime punishable by law, adding "at a time ago, this accusation represented a great honor that only the heroes of history makers can do it."

"Martyrdom is not a Palestinian hobby, but terrorism is a Zionist industry, Palestine is not a cemetery, but the convoys of martyrs continue and processions continue, and Palestine and its sanctuaries remain the cause of the new generations of young people." Al-Humaym underlined.

He concluded "On this occasion, I would like to emphasize the above and stress on what the nation has unanimously agreed upon with all its scholars with their different parties, doctrines, political, intellectual and scholastic attitudes, I would like to stress on the sanctity of normalization with the Zionist entity."
